VelaOra is a New Zealand–based women's health platform providing educational content, tools, and wellness resources. We operate at velaora.co.nz and can be contacted at velaorawomen@gmail.com.

• Payment information — if you purchase a VelaOra product, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details on our servers.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as health data, ethnicity, or government identifiers) unless you voluntarily share it with us.

How We Use Your Information

• To send you the VelaOra newsletter and articles you have subscribed to.

• Payment processor — if applicable, your payment details are handled by our payment provider and subject to their privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes — ever.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your email address and subscription data for as long as you remain subscribed to VelaOra communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us directly. We will remove your data within 30 days of your request.

VelaOra uses cookies to support Google Analytics and basic website function. These are non-identifying and do not track you across other websites. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Your Rights Under the NZ Privacy Act 2020

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct any information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Request deletion of your information (subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it).
• Withdraw consent to us using your information at any time.
• Make a complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz if you believe we have mishandled your information.

VelaOra is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
